Please contact the instructor or use the booking link to confirm class dates, times, availability and price. If you click on the instructors name their contact details will pop up. Class spaces are on a first come first serve basis so we strongly advise that you book prior to the class as spaces are limited.

We want you to have the most wonderful experience, so we try not to cancel classes unless necessary. If you are booked into a class that is cancelled you will be notified by text/phone by the class instructor or by Inner Space Studios. If an instructor cannot teach a class at very short notice, we will try and cover the class with the same or similar class.

We are a fully equipped yoga studio and provide yoga mats, but you are welcome to use your own. If you use one of ours, please wipe it clean with the appropriate products provided after class.

We recommend that you  arrive 10 minutes before the start of class so you can park in Wickham and late comers can be disruptive to the other students in a class once it has started.

Our studio is set back just off the village square, next to Biscoe's Solicitors on the Co-op side of the square, behind Pages Newsagent.
Wickham Village in Hampshire is between Portsmouth and Southampton, 2 miles north of Fareham.
